About Us

SAFE APPROACH FOR NASCENT TERMINATION OF SOCIAL HAZARD is all India voluntary organization registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860, and seeks to address the issues of socio-economic disparities in pursuance of the Society’s vision and aims to bring the helpless population of India within the ambit of social development and make them a valuable productive component of society.

SAFE APPROACH works towards building sustainable community development avenues to improve Health, Education, Nutrition, Income Generation, Early child care and development, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Rights Awareness, Empowerment, Drug De- addiction, and Disaster Relief. SAFE APPROACH is a grass-root organization with its activities directed to and drawn from the community level/ individual level.

Our activities revolve around awareness creation amalgamated with information dissemination, mobilization and sensitization of communities and individuals, Information Education and Communication, Sustainable Community Asset building, Capacity Strengthening /Training, and technical advice for entrepreneurship and gender mainstreaming with resultant benefits to the target populations. Since its inception, SAFE APPROACH has done projects on Health, Education, Nutrition, Social Development, Disaster, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Women Empowerment, Shelter Management, Early Child Care and Development and Drug De-addiction. Different projects are being rolled out in several locations in India based on community intervention needs.


SAFE APPROACH strategy is to seek, work with, and strengthen Community Development avenues that improve people’s access to opportunities for improved livelihoods through their active participation. The organization is governed by a seven- member Governing Body and a dedicated staffs who ensure role out of different projects to fulfil stakeholders and target community expectations within the realm of project goal/objectives.

SAFE APPROACH works closely with the Government Departments, PSUs, Corporates, and Development agencies in rolling out of projects. We emphasize collaborations among National and International stakeholders, Governments, Private Sector institutions, Statutory Bodies, Civil Society Organizations, and devolving the same to the states, districts, blocks, gram Panchayats, and other local levels while promoting linkages between the levels.
